Asian not welcomed in Geneva

Hello
It's summertime. A time for peaceful vacations.
Not for me.
I am really angered by the manners of some people (mostly caucasians).
The other day, I went to one of the TPG office (Transport publique de Geneve), with my wife to buy a monthly subscription.
I was really surprised by the office lady bad manners. She behaved badly...; I asked her if the office could do the subscription or if I have to go to somewhere else, she told me yes. So I wait for my turn.
Came for me the go; No hello; The lady just complaining to her colleague: "She wants to go to eat (it was 11 am)" as she started to close up her desk, really surprising; Then, I asked her for a subscrition, she seemed not to hear nor understand what I was talking about (she was doing this for other persons just before my roundturn).
I repeated my request. Not looking at me, she told me if I was sent here to do it. Well, I was surprised by that kind of question ... Then after a time, she daigned to bark: "do you have the necessary papers ?", without any precision. My wife told me to show my Id card. Her face changed by seing the Id card ... Your guesses. She became a just a little more amable ...

My questions are:
- Are most people believe that by looking at my face or gait, I am one of those shunned "demandeurs d'asile" or worst "sans papiers" ?

This episode reminds me some thirty years back: Offen, I went to kiosks, near my workplaces, just looking at magazines (without touching them), most of the times the tenants were ladies, often they just barked at me something like: " Je travaille moi !!".

Now, I am really asking to myself if hate genetically transmitted ...

My wife told me that I am too agressive. Me ??? Come on.

Others would tell me, let it down. Well for me it's a daily hell to live here, amongst those kinkies. Fed up !
